All Permanently installed solid surface of the original owner are warranted by Lexton Limited (“Lexton”). Solid surface must be fabricated, installed by Lexton at its sole option will repair or replace, without charge, such products if it fails due to any manufacturing defect during the first 10 years after initial installation except for damage caused by physical or chemical abuse, damage from excessive heat, or acts of nature. In addition to the above-mentioned 10-year limited product warranty, Lexton also warrants the fabrication and installation of the product for the first year after initial installation. Although Lexton shall make its best effort to replace with the best possible color match to the original as possible, Lexton cannot guarantee the exact color in the event of repair or replacement.
